  Beautiful spot for breakfast! Friendly service and the food was delicious. Generous portions and good coffee. Plus stunning views of the river. I had big vego breakfast with yummy hash browns.

  Food was amazing!! Our whole family loved it, even my very fussy daughter. Couldn't fault anything. Friendly service and great serving sizes. Big thumbs up.

  Soothing shades of teal and silver complement the golden glow of wood and rock to create a warm welcoming atmosphere for patrons. And come they do - straight off the boats for a takeaway milk shake coffee or wrapped sandwich, locals and tourists alike filling the street parking or wandering in from all over town for a bite of lovely fresh cake, a pot of tea or a picture-perfect cooked breakfast. Shelves stock a range of gourmet delights to peruse while watching the 6-strong open kitchen team whip up your order in minutes while the cashier and waitstaff smile and serve non-stop. My daughter enjoyed a game of designer noughts and crosses perched at the central bar, lapping up attention in the thick of the action. A very slick quick city-style outfit still offering relaxed country charm. A favourite with everyone.

  Had a wonderful birthday breakfast here, opens at 7am which was great to get in before work! A few of us had the "morning cure" which was just so delicious, and the Bruschetta style breakfast was also flavoursome and very filling and the Eggs Benedict was very tasty, one of the best sauces around. Staff are very friendly and the service is great! Presentation is excellent. We always expect the best quality and freshness and we always get it at The Gorges Cafe, wish they were open for dinner! :) Highly Recommended and can't be missed when visiting Kalbarri!

  Perfect place to start the day with a delicious breakfast and super tasty coffee. Service with a smile from all the staff, with great views and lovely breeze.
