  Fantastic place to stay, it was within walking distance to shops, cafes, pubs and the beach. We loved it and will most definitely return. We stayed in an executive spa suite which was well equipped and very spacious for our little family. The restaurant food was utterly divine, we were upset that they couldn't accommodate us for a second visit, this was due to a couple of coach trips that were staying at the resort but we were made aware of this prior to our arrival. The pool area was clean and tidy as were the rooms. House keeping staff were just lovely along with the restaurant staff and one of the reception staff. I wish i could have given this place 5 stars however the remaining reception staff were a complete let down and feel they really need to brush up on customer service skills.... politeness goes a very long and its not difficult esp in their line of work. One challenged us on our late check out request as it was part of our package and we wanted to take advantage of it however we were made to feel that it was a huge inconvenience to the resort as check in was at 2pm!! I stood my ground as it was part of our deal. Also one other minor detail that contributed was the info in the room wad out of date which i found out when asking for a sewing kit!

  Had dinner tonight at the restaurant and it was fantastic. Great service and lovely food. Definitely recommend anyone coming to Kalbarri to dine at this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Well done to all the staff members who were all very accommodating and friendly too.

  Room card didn't work. We walked a long way to reception several times to get it fix. Unknown hazards in the drive way of entrance which hasn't been removed for a long time like at least one day. The funny thing is you get a microwave in room while there is no microwave in the restaurant for breakfast. BTW you could hear the noise on the bottom floor made by people live in the second floor. Not worthy comparing to other resorts in kalbarri.
