    We did the 8 k walk in 4 hours with our two boys 6 and 8 including getting lost for a while. Take water and Sun screen. Not a difficult walk some steep bits and a slog along the loose sand. Pretty billabongs with black swans and ducks. Great exercise worth doing

    Well worth it. 8km took 3 hours, we went clockwise, which was great because we were on our own for most of the hike.
